We Are a Family

You weren't meant to follow Jesus alone.

At Calvary Lawrence, we believe church is more than a place you attend. It's a family you belong to. We worship together, pray for one another, share life, and help each other become more like Jesus.

Scripture says that in Christ, we are "no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God's people and also members of his household." — Ephesians 2:19

Calvary Matters

Everything changed at the cross.

Calvary is more than our name. It's where Jesus gave His life for us.

At the cross, Jesus took our sin upon Himself and made a way for us to be forgiven, restored, and brought back to God. We don't have to earn His love or make ourselves good enough. Salvation is God's gift, received through faith in Jesus.

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
John 3:16

Because of Calvary, there is forgiveness. There is freedom. There is hope. There is new life.

And that changes everything.
